In this image, I particularly liked how her left hand/arm, and from that point up to her neck, turned out. *re-did it a lot of times* I still need to practice drawing flowers, full figures, and fabric. XD A lot of practice. Critiques are welcome to help me improve on future pictures!

When I was almost finished, my tablet fell on my foot and the skin under my toenail started bleeding. Ahaha... The pain went away after a few hours. (I took a look at this picture on an LCD monitor, too. I'm starting to think that my monitor might be a bit dark... *can't see the shadow areas clearly*)

I have more artwork done and will upload soon. For now, I need to catch up on messages here. *fails* I'm sorry for being so slow. ><;

EDIT: I saved some progress steps if anyone wants to see?

Oh, that's beautiful! You did so well with the difficult pose and perspective, and the colour and lighting is lovely, too. You've improved so much since I last saw any of your work. :heart:

I loooove this entry ;__; the colors/lighting is GORGEOUS, and I really like how the brown fabric looks. Everything looks so delicate. My only critique is that her face looks a bit long and narrow. Do you flip the canvas when you work? (I don't mean because she's upside down, though in this case flipping it vertically might help too :p) When I paint I try to flip figures horizontally from time to time because it becomes easier to notice things that aren't symmetrical after having stared at a piece for a long time.
