Just the other day, I found out that my mom secured a business deal which would be, financially, very good for us. The money won't really come in until December, but it's still very good news. It's something that has been worrying us for a while.

I also found out that I won part of the auction. *Audley was holding. I'm very thankful to the generous *JanaStormraven, who won the other part of Audley's auction. We're splitting the 28 artists between us.

If you haven't heard already, all the money goes to *Snitter to help her financial situation. The artists participating are so kind to donate commissions to the winning bidders. There is going to be another auction soon, and if you hurry, you can catch the lottery that's going on until Wednesday!


I was very excited and happy to receive both news. Very. Jumping around the house and bursting full of joyous excitement kind of happy.



I'm also very tired.

I've been feeling extremely stressed lately and taking Tylenol more often because of migraines and headaches. I can't seem to think straight as often as I need to. I know I have several notes to answer on DA, so I hope you'll forgive me for my delay. It lags on my mind when I know I can't deliver in a timely fashion. I wish I could work much more quickly than I currently am doing so...

It's about 1 in the morning, but I'm sitting here writing because I couldn't fall asleep even after taking medicine.

My break is coming up in about two weeks. You probably won't see much activity or art from me until then. I will reply to my important notes before that time period, though.



Lately, a lot has been on my mind. Something I... noticed recently is that something seems... missing.

I don't know how to describe it. I can't even pinpoint in my mind if this something is a person, an event, a feeling, or something else. But... but... Something is missing and I feel out of whack without it. Perhaps, it's due in part to my somewhat normal routine getting thrown off it's balance. I'm finding it difficult to organize anything in my life right now.

I can clearly imagine myself standing on a balance or a platform, tilting with extreme disequilibrium and getting dizzy from all the craziness... Until the missing piece is thrown in and somehow manages to balance everything out.

I don't suppose I could sit around and wait for it to magically appear like a fairy godmother. I'll just have to find time for my missing piece. If I can't find time, then I will make time.
